Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Isekai Chronicles, an action RPG adaptation of the popular anime, is coming to consoles and PC. Along with the anime’s original plot, the game will cover new adventures unfolding in the Jura Tempest Foundation. It will launch on August 8th for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime will feature 2D side-scrolling action as fans take control of the main character Rimuru. Apart from that. players will also have to grow a flourishing community through a city-building mechanic that will influence the party’s stats. There are even modern Japanese-style buildings that make use of Rimuru’s memory from the world before his reincarnation.
