The mobile RPG The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War is also coming to Windows, though a launch client has yet to be specified. Userjoy is launching the game internationally on May 29th for iOS, Android, and PC.

Pre-registrations for the free-to-play title are open now on iOS and Android. Over one million users have signed up so far, which means the SSR Unit Elie MacDowell will be given out alongside in-game currency prizes and gacha tickets, as seen below:

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War originally launched in Japan on December 6th, 2023. It adapts the story of the 2023 anime of the same name, set between Trails of Cold Steel II and Trails of Cold Steel III.

Players will take on the role of Lavian Winslet, a mercenary enlisted within the Northern Jaegers of North Ambria. She will join a platoon alongside Martin S. Robinson, Talion Drake, and Iseria Frost to undertake recon missions against the continent-sweeping Erebonian Empire.
