In a surprising turn of events, developer Bandai Namco unveiled Tales of Graces f Remastered at the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. Asbel’s journey back to Ephinea starts on January 17th, 2025, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.

Here’s the announcement trailer that Bamco dropped earlier during the presentation.

Tales of Graces f, the franchise’s 12th mainline installment, is a PlayStation 3 port of the Wii game Tales of Graces. It launched in the West some two years after the original Japanese release. This new remastered version will have improved visuals, an auto-save feature, the “Lineage and Legacies” DLC from the original, and scenes that have been newly localized to English.

Though it isn’t the Tales game I expected to get remastered after Symphonia, I’m extremely happy that this favorite of mine in the series is no longer trapped on the PS3.
