Front Mission 3: Remake Readies the Wanzers on June 26th

Developer MegaPixel Studio and publisher Forever Entertainment have been remaking the Front Mission games at a steady pace. The first remake, Front Mission 1st: Remake, launched in 2022 followed by Front Mission 2: Remake in 2023. We’ve finally made it to Front Mission 3: Remake, and, no joke, the game releases this month, June 26th!

This is the latest remake in the classic strategy RPG series. As with the previous titles, you pilot giant mechs called Wanzers to do battle across a vast political drama. The third game puts you in the shoes of Kazuki and and his best friend Ryogo as they do battle across various military zones to keep the peace in their region. Front Mission 3 is back with updated visuals and animations, a reorchestrated soundtrack, new Wanzer camo options and a brand-new Quick Combat Mode to speed up your giant robot fights. As with the original title, your choices dictate the fate of Kazuki and Ryogo in two different storylines.

Front Mission 3: Remake will launch for the Switch on June 26th. If it is anything like the past two remakes, it may eventually find its way to PlayStation and Xbox platforms, as well as PC.
