Varlet Digital Pre-Orders Available Now

School is (almost) back in session! Ahead of the game’s launch on August 28th, Varlet is now available to pre-order digitally on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The high school RPG will be available in standard and deluxe digital editions.

While the Standard Edition is priced at $59.99 USD, the Deluxe Digital Edition will be $79.99. What makes this version so deluxe? It includes the following:

• Digital Creative Artbook- An 80-page collection of illustrations that bring the eerie beauty and emotional complexity of Kousei Academy to life.

As with past FuRyu titles like Monark and The Caligula Effect series, Varlet follows classmates in a high school. As with those games, the school kids gain powers to attack hostile creatures. Here’s the full deets:

Set in Kousei Academy, a place shrouded in whispers of another world, Varletfollows a transfer student who discovers the existence of a surreal dimension called the Glitch, where classmates are being replaced by monsters. As a member of the Student Support Services (SSS), players help troubled peers while battling mysterious creatures to prevent the school’s collapse.
