The next Tales of remaster is nearly here! Bandai Namco has announced the next title getting the upgrade treatment to celebrate 30 years of Tales: Tales of Xillia!

Like with Tales of Graces Remastered, Tales of Xillia Remastered adds quality-of-life features that will make your life easier as you trek through the PlayStation 3 classic this October.

Start your journey with either Jude or Milla in the announcement trailer below:

As becoming standard with current Tales of remasters, Tales of Xillia Remastered includes a new auto save feature, early access to the Grade shop, and the ability to turn off battles. Furthermore, all DLC from the original 2011 release will be included. Unfortunately, the sequel, Tales of Xillia 2, is not part of this remaster.

Tales of Xillia Remastered will launch with Standard and Digital Deluxe Editions. As shown in the trailer, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes the following:

  • Full game
  • Digital artbook
  • Digital soundtrack containing 81 tracks
  • Battle BGM Pack from previous Tales of games
  • Super Growth Support Herb Set to boost your stats

Pre-ordering the game also nets you the Super Adventuring Assistance Set that includes:

  • 10 Apple Gels
  • 10 Orange Gels
  • 10 Life Bottles
  • 10 Panacea Bottles

Bandai Namco describes Tales of Xillia Remastered on the official website:

Experience Tales of Xillia, remastered for the first time ever.

Dive into the magnificent world of Rieze Maxia as either Jude Mathis, an aspiring medical student from the capital, or Milla Maxwell, a mysterious woman accompanied by four powerful spirits.

At the start of their epic journey through the vibrant world of Rieze Maxia—where humans and spirits coexist in harmony—players can choose to step into the shoes of either Milla or Jude. But peace is under threat. The kingdom of Rashugal has begun using a mysterious, powerful device that’s draining the world’s mana, the very essence of life. Determined to stop the destruction and restore balance, Milla and Jude embark on a daring quest to destroy the device and save their world.
