Armonica has announced that mystery adventure game Detective Instinct: Farewell, My Beloved will launch on November 26th for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

Detective Instinct: Farewell, My Beloved draws inspiration from a variety of sources, ranging from Nintendo DS adventure games (Hotel Dusk: Room 215, Last Window: The Secret of Cape West) to crime cinema and fiction.
Players will take on the role of a young man investigating the disappearance of a young woman on a cross-country train, with only their memories of her to prove that she ever existed. During that investigation, they will work their way through the train, collecting clues and interviewing both passengers and staff to uncover the truth. Detective Instinct: Farewell, My Beloved is a brand new Detective ADV/Visual Novel, in the style of classic adventure games from Japan. Investigate areas and interrogate witnesses on the path towards solving the mystery and uncovering a sinister conspiracy!

As someone who has kept a firm eye on this game since its announcement, I’m excited to see what Armonica has in store for us in late November. A mystery just in time for the holiday season—what more could a person ask for, be they in winter or summer climes?
