The Waylanders Unveils New Location, Localization Update Available Now

Gato Salvaje Studio has released new information on their upcoming tactical and Celtic-infused CRPG The Waylanders, showcasing a new location within the game, known as Compostella; a religious haven where many people from all walks of life gather under the banner of Christianity. Check out its announcement trailer below!

Outlined in the voiceover above, Compostella acts as a major location for the characters in The Waylanders full release where those aligned with Christianity gain favour and those who rail against it are treated as enemies. This seems fitting for the arc The Waylanders posits for itself, where players will have the opportunity to time-travel to different periods of history, where different religions and factions hold major sway, with Christianity at the forefront.

This sneak peek comes at the heels of the third and final update of this winter, available now for the Early Access build of The Waylanders, which focuses on localisation. This update adds Russian, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, and Galician subtitles.
