Final Fantasy artwork lovers rejoice! Square Enix Books has revealed that the Final Fantasy VII Remake: Material Ultimania will be coming out on December 7th, 2021 for $39.99 USD.
Square Enix has said that this release will cover a wide variety of the visual reference material, promotional art, and design pieces from across the scope of Remake‘s development and publication. It is not currently known whether this includes material from the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade DLC featuring Yuffie.
For those who may be unfamiliar with Ultimania books, they are typically large-format artbooks with hardcover binding that contain all kinds of art pieces, character profiles, item and equipment lists, maps, interviews, and cutting room material that didn’t make it into the finished products.
Prior collections have run the gamut of Final Fantasy I-VI, VII-IX, and X-XIV.
