Final Fantasy VII Remake has had a fairly long stretch as a Sony console exclusive on both PS4 and PS5, but that is about to change. Six months after its initial release on PlayStation 5, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is landing on Windows PCs through the Epic Games Store on December 16th.

Announced during last night’s The Game Awards, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is an updated version of the PlayStation 4 title that offers improved graphical qualities and Episode INTERmission which follows Yuffie’s adventure in Midgar. The PC version has visual customization offerings which include 4K and HDR support with a max refresh rate of 120 frames per second. How in-depth the graphics menu is remains to be seen. XInput and DirectInput compliant controllers are compatible, alongside keyboard and mouse support, presumably with keybinding options in tow.

The PC version will come with items from the Deluxe Edition of the PS5 version including:

  • The FFVIIR EPISODE INTERmission-exclusive weapon, Cacstar
  • Armor: Midgar Bangle, Shinra Bangle and Corneo Armlet
  • Accessories: Superstar Belt, Mako Crystal, and Seraphic Earrings
  • Summon materia: Carbuncle, Chocobo Chick, and Cactuar
