Mutan Insight is currently hiring staff for a ‘high-end RPG remake’ for the PlayStation 5, as reported by Gematsu. The game’s identity is unknown, with Mutan seeking developers skilled in 3D motion design, 3D art direction, 3D background design, and 2D character design. Not much about the title is revealed through the listings, except that the game itself could potentially be built using Unreal Engine 5—a signifier for the game to potentially be a visual powerhouse.
Mutan Insight has previously worked on character models for the Blue Reflection and Atelier series, as well as Episode Ardyn of the Final Fantasy XV downloadable content. It seems that the company’s tradition of aiding companies with development will continue, bringing something potentially spicy in the times to come.
