Ys IX Allows You to Bring a Friend to Balduc in Latest Steam Update

Fight together in Ys IX: Monstrum Nox.

As Michael Sollosi said in his review, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is “fun, fast, and furious.” Would you like to enjoy that fast-paced combat with a friend? Now you can! A new update is available now exclusively through Steam that allows players to team up either locally or through the platform’s Remote Play Together feature!

Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is available now for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and PC via Steam. Unfortunately, the co-op feature is exclusive to the Steam version, but stay tuned to RPGFan in case that ever changes!

As cool as co-op for Ys sounds, seeing the way they did it just doesn't look like a good time... That shared camera would be a huge issue. Looks like some scuffed mod honestly.
