Here’s the First Footage of Persona 5 Royal on Xbox Series X

The first footage of Persona 5 Royal running on Xbox Series X has been shown and it looks amazing. Fans of the Phantom Thieves will finally get to play the game at 60 frames per second, which makes a lot of difference from when it was first released on the PS4 at 30 fps.

It was earlier this year during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase when Atlus announced that the franchise is expanding to Xbox. Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal are all coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC via Game Pass (and Steam). Among the three, P5R will be arriving first on October 21st. Also, all three of these games are coming to Nintendo Switch at the same time.

What are your thoughts on the notable improvements to the character animations? Do the Phantom Thieves’ abilities look way smoother? I’m in so much joy that the Persona franchise will be available on almost every current- and last-gen platform; my friends no longer have any excuses to give this franchise a try.
