As if the Suikoden I & II HD Remaster news wasn’t enough awesome Suikoden-type news, developer Rabbit & Bear Studios and producer 505 Games released a new and rather revealing trailer for the Suikoden series’ spiritual successor Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes during Tokyo Game Show 2022. The video shows story and gameplay elements as well as name-drops several prolific people involved in the project who are well known in game development (and especially RPG!) circles.

The new trailer can be seen here:

…Excuse me, while I go and watch this trailer about a dozen more times today alone! Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is promising to be quite the amazing JRPG experience when it releases if the promotions for it are any indication. Being the huge Suikoden fan that I am, I know I’ll be eagerly awaiting it! Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is fated to release on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 sometime in 2023.
