Class is in session! Today’s lesson: superpowers? NIS recently launched the debut trailer for their superpower academy RPG Xicatrice.
From class schedules to battles, this trailer gives us a good overview of the game:
In Xicatrice, you are assigned as a teacher for students with superpowers. As a former member of the Anti-Abnormal Unusual Talent Team, it’s your job to shape the new class of students. For the full rundown, check out our previous coverage detailing the story and characters. While the debut trailer focused on the characters, monsters (known as Doppels), and gameplay, more features will be revealed in coming trailers.
Xicatrice launches for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on June 29th. No word yet from NIS America if we’ll see this in the West, but stay tuned to RPGFan as we learn more!
