Atlus has confirmed that both Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica will launch on other platforms, following its initial announcement at the Xbox Games Showcase 2023.

Both titles will launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via both Steam and Microsoft storefronts. Persona 5 Tactica will also release on Nintendo Switch. Additionally, both titles will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. The confirmation comes by way of dual announcement trailers via Atlus West’s official YouTube channel. Check out both trailers below!

Persona 3 Reload — Announcement Trailer

Persona 3 Reload acts as a full-scale remake of Persona 3 and will include a revamped battle system, modern graphical improvements, new story scenes, and a brand-new English voice cast. Atlus has also confirmed that they will share special teasers for Persona 3 Reload via the Atlus West social media channels. These will occur on the official full moon date of each month until the game’s release in early 2024.

Persona 5 Tactica — Announcement Trailer

Persona 5 Tactica acts as a spin-off title starring the Phantom Thieves of Persona 5. Players must navigate the Thieves across a new and unfamiliar realm, accosted by a militant psychic force known as the Legionnaires. In this conflict, they will meet a revolutionary named Erina who offers them her aid in exchange for a deal. The game features tactical RPG gameplay, offering grid-based levels where players can set up grand strategies to vanquish their enemies. It is slated to launch on November 17th, 2023.

A hearty release slate for the years to come, right? As someone who owes a love for role-playing games to Persona 3, it’s both interesting and exciting to see it remade for both modern systems and audiences. I can’t wait to see how it turns out, and how fans and newcomers alike react to its eventual release!
