Starfield: Shattered Space Expansion Scares Up 2024 Release

Bethesda Game Studios’ space opera, Starfield, is growing larger with its first expansion. Revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase 2024, Starfield: Shattered Space increases the sci-fi horror while adding new weapons, spacesuits and gear. Check out the first look at the expansion below.

Starfield: Shattered Space Reveal Trailer

Starfield: Shattered Space takes place on a whole new planet, the hidden home world of House Va’ruun. You can upgrade the base game to the Digital Premium Edition to receive the story expansion as well as the following items:

  • 1,000 Creation Credits
  • Constellation Skin Pack: Equinox Laser Rifle, Spacesuit, Helmet and Boost Pack
  • Access to Starfield Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack

You might be wondering, what are Creation Credits? After the trailer premiered, Bethesda launched new content for the game, including new weapons, equipment, new bounties, and Creations. The latter allows players to purchase extra content from both Bethesda and community creators. You too can create your own content using the free Starfield: Creation Kit.
