Aside from the requisite improvements to visuals (those wobbly character sprites will take some getting used to, not gonna lie), the big addition to Danganronpa 2×2 is a new scenario triggered by a “certain incident”, spurring a new chain of events with different victims and culprits. Of course, the original scenario will still be available.
The ultimate comeback with a brand-new scenario Danganronpa 2×2 includes a brand-new scenario based on Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. The setting and cast of characters remain the same, but a certain incident triggers a completely different chain of events with different victims, culprits, and tricks. This new scenario offers a volume of content on par with the original.
Improved original scenario The original scenario of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair has been updated with new visuals and production value for modern game systems. Players will experience the shocking story, revamped to deliver a more beautiful and satisfying gameplay experience.
