Tokimeki Memorial Online Ending Theme for girls – Thank You

Review by · September 13, 2006

Don’t be confused: “for girls” doesn’t mean “if you’re looking for girls, come here.” It means “if you’re a girl, play this version because you can go after animated boys.” Of course, boys could play this side of Tokimemo Online as well, if they’re into that sort of thing.

The ending theme song “Thank You” features the smooth vocals of Ryohei Nakao, the voice actor of character Haru Sakurai. Both this song and the 2nd song, “All Right,” are exactly what you’d expect from Konami’s ultra-happy dating sim series. The samples speak for themselves.

Surprisingly, the mini drama is a great listen, even if you only know a minimal amount of Japanese. There’s plenty of light-hearted humor to go around.

Though I prefer the “for boys” single much more, you may as well get both if you’re interested in either single. They work nicely as a pair, and the artwork included with the singles help to make the purchase worthwhile.
